This policy is written to be read, not to hide. It covers what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you hold. The short version: connections are read-only, nothing is sold, deletion is a request.

Details you hand us directly — name, email, messages sent through the contact form — and, if you choose to connect an account, read-only transaction data used solely to produce your insights and learning path. We never collect credentials, run no advertising trackers and buy no third-party data.
Data runs the agents: mapping spending patterns, drafting budgets, adapting lessons, answering your questions. Contact-form messages are stored locally and used only to reply. We never sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
Every financial-data connection quenzio offers is read-only. The platform may analyse the patterns you choose to share, but it cannot initiate payments, move money or alter an account. The connection flow states exactly what is shared before you consent.
Personal data is kept only while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations or answer a request. You can ask to access, export or delete what you have provided through the contact page; deletion is completed subject to any retention duty that applies.
As an EU-based team we support applicable GDPR rights: access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. Send a privacy request through the contact page and a person on the team will review it.
We apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the data and limit internal access to people who need it for their work. If an incident legally requires notice, affected people and authorities are informed as required.
